These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the ws.priyapinto.com workshop site and your participation in any workshops offered by Priya Pinto (the “Organizer”). By booking or attending a workshop, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Electronic acceptance and performance of this contract are valid and enforceable under Indian law. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not purchase or attend any workshop.
Workshops are intended for adults (18 years or older) only. Under the Indian Majority Act, 1875, a person attains majority at age 18. Consistent with Section 11 of the Indian Contract Act, 1872, only persons of the age of majority may enter into binding contracts.
By participating, you confirm you meet this age requirement. We may request proof of age or identity. If any participant is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must give prior consent and approval for registration.
No user account is required. To register for a workshop, you must submit your name and email address on our website and pay the required fee.
All fees are processed securely through Razorpay, an Indian payment gateway.
We do not offer subscription services – each workshop is a one-time purchase. We do not store your payment card details on our site; all transactions are handled by Razorpay.
Please ensure your information is accurate. Incomplete or incorrect information may delay or cancel your registration.
We make our refund and cancellation policy clear in compliance with India’s Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules.
In summary, all workshop fees are non-refundable once paid, unless the Organizer cancels or significantly changes the workshop.
If the Organizer cancels a workshop, affected participants will receive a refund or may transfer to an alternate workshop.
If you must withdraw, we generally cannot offer a refund; however, exceptions may be made at the Organizer’s discretion (for example, for emergencies). Any such exception will be communicated in writing.
All workshop content – including videos, written materials, exercises, presentations, and handouts – is the exclusive property of Priya Pinto (or third-party licensors).
All intellectual property rights in these materials are reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the materials for your personal participation in the workshop only.
You agree not to copy, reproduce, share, publish, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the workshop content without prior written permission.
Unauthorized use of the content is strictly prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Priya Pinto’s liability is limited to direct damages and to the amount you paid for the workshop.
We disclaim all warranties (express or implied) regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of the content.
We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (including loss of data or profit).
These limitations are subject to applicable Indian law. For example, Indian courts do not allow terms that attempt to exclude liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Indian law.
We collect and use your personal information (such as name and email) only to process your workshop registration and provide services.
In accordance with the Indian Information Technology Act and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, we handle your data lawfully and securely.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
By using this Site or purchasing a workshop, you consent to this jurisdiction.
