Refund/Cancellation

Overview
Priya Pinto is committed to delivering high-quality workshop experiences. Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before booking. By paying for a workshop on ws.priyapinto.com/workshop, you agree to the terms below.

No Refunds / No Cancellations (After ₹199 Payment)
All payments of ₹199 or more are final. Once a payment of ₹199 (Indian Rupees One Hundred Ninety-Nine) or greater has been successfully processed, no refund or cancellation request will be accepted. By completing payment you acknowledge and accept that the purchase is non-refundable and non-cancellable.

Exceptions
Despite the above, we will provide a full refund if:

  1. The Organizer (Priya Pinto) cancels the workshop. In that case participants will be offered either:
    • a full refund of amounts paid for that workshop, or
    • a transfer to an alternate workshop/session, at the participant’s choice.
  2. A material change is made to the workshop (for example, major change in date/time or format) and you opt to cancel because of that change.

Force Majeure & Unforeseen Circumstances
If a workshop is cancelled or rescheduled due to events beyond our control (including natural disaster, government restrictions, venue closure, or other force majeure events), we will offer either a refund or a rescheduled session or credit note at our discretion. If you are offered a rescheduled date and choose not to attend, refund/remedy will be handled in accordance with the exception clause above.

How Refunds Are Processed

  • Refunds (where applicable) will be processed via our payment processor (Razorpay) to the original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or card statement after we initiate it. The exact timing depends on your bank/card issuer.

Chargebacks and Disputes
If you dispute a charge directly with your bank or card issuer, please notify us immediately at heart@priyapinto.com so we can attempt to resolve the matter before any chargeback is finalized. Unwarranted chargebacks may be contested.

Transfer, Substitution & Rescheduling

  • Requests to transfer a booking to another person, or to reschedule to a different date, may be accepted at the Organizer’s discretion. Such requests should be made in writing to heart@priyapinto.com at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled workshop. Any transfer or rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur an administrative fee.
  • Transfers are not guaranteed and are permitted only if the Organizer confirms in writing.

No-Show Policy
If you do not attend a scheduled workshop session (“no-show”), you remain responsible for full payment and are not eligible for refund.

Taxes and Fees
Any taxes, service fees, or payment gateway charges applied at checkout are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
